Abstract Structural color is a remarkable physical phenomenon that exists widely in nature. Unlike traditional rendering methods, they are realized mainly through micro/nanostructures interfere, diffract, scatter light, and exhibit long‐life environmental‐friendly effects. In nature, few organisms use their color‐changing system to transmit information, such as courtship, warning, or disguise. Meanwhile, some natural inorganic minerals can also structural colors. Abstract The unique properties of calcium oxide (CaO) and zinc (ZnO) at the nanoscale have attracted interest scientists as promising electrically conductive substances for sensing purposes. content terbinafine hydrochloride (TRF) in pharmaceutical tablets was determined using a novel coated, wire‐functionalized CaO/ZnO nanocomposite membrane sensor biogenically produced from Lavandula spica extract. Sodium tetraphenylborate used to prepare active material (TRF‐TBP). newly modified gave excellent potentiometric sensitivity with least squares regression equation E mV =(−58.88X±0.3)+log [TRF]+549.78 covered wide linear range (5.0×10 −9 –1.0×10 −2 mol/L) TRF samples. In contrast, standard TRF‐TBP wasn't sensitive when (2.5×10 −6 mol/L). solutions (−55.728X±0.7)+log [TRF]+396.64. appropriate pH 3–6. principles analytical methodology were applied investigate validity suitability proposed technique. sensors found be suitable efficient detection on tablets.

The advanced and highly functional properties of Al2O3 NiO nanoparticles promote the widespread use metal oxides as remarkable electroactive materials for sensing electrochemical applications. proposed study describes a comparison sensitivity selectivity two modified wire membrane sensors enriched with conventional membranes quantification antidiabetic drug metformin hydrochloride (MTF). results show linear relationships nanosensors over concentration ranges 1.0 × 10−10–1.0 10−2 mol L−1 10−6–1.0 M both coated sensors. regression equations were EmV = (52.1 ± 0.5) log (MTF) + 729 nanometallic oxides, EmV (57.04 0.4) 890.66, EmV (58.27 0.7) 843.27 correlation coefficients 0.9991, 0.9997, 0.9998 aforementioned sensors, respectively. method was fully validated respect to recommendations International Union Pure Applied Chemistry (IUPAC). newly functionalized have been successfully used determination MTF in its commercial products.
