Abstract In renewable energy sources, wind and solar power plants are the anticipated largest benefactors to worldwide decarbonization will be ranked as most projected suppliers by 2050. Solar has reached new levels of affordability a source though they have firm impression on environment. The large-scale farms (LSSFs) cover hundreds acres, potentially impacting natural environmental ecohydrological processes like runoff generation erosion. purpose present paper is appraise status systematic exploration LSSFs their impact water cycle environment currently known recommendations for site management. Key findings demonstrate that substantial variations in hydrological components soil moisture, temperature evaporation. Erosion reduction, strategies control management plans warranted diminish adversative impacts safeguarding sustainable amalgamation into milieu.

With global temperatures steadily rising, understanding the impacts of warming on regional climates has become crucial, particularly for countries like India, where climate sensitivity significant socio-economic implications. This study assesses trends and spatial distribution summer days across India under different targets (1.5 °C, 2 2.5 3 3.5 4 4.5 5 °C) emission scenarios (RCP4.5 RCP8.5). A Multi-Model Ensemble (MME) approach, combining five best-performing CORDEX-SA experiments, was utilized to analyze projected in India. Non-parametric trend analysis techniques—such as Mann–Kendall test, Modified Mann–Kendall, Sen’s Slope estimator, Pettitt test—were used investigate temporal patterns, Reliability Averaging (REA) applied uncertainty ensure robust projections. The results indicate that are expected increase significantly both RCP scenarios, with highest increases northeastern regions north-central underscores pressing need region-specific adaptation strategies manage extended periods extreme safeguard public health, agriculture, stability.

This paper investigates enhancing the efficiency of solar water pumping systems (SWPS) by implementing a Maximum Power Point Tracking technique based on Bat Metaheuristic Optimizer (MPPT-bat) for photovoltaic generator (PVG) side, coupled with Direct Torque Control (DTC) induction motor powering pump. Unlike traditional techniques, which make no compromise between tracking speed, oscillation and robustness. The integration MPPT-bat represents significant advance, making it possible to improve PVG performance whatever weather conditions. main objective remains energy this type application maximizing electrical power allocated SWPS. At same time, DTC controller applied pump aims optimize use generated MPPT-bat. intelligent approach adjusts according extracted from PVG, thus avoiding inappropriate profiles system. study confirms that optimizing SWPS using DTC, significantly improves overall performances in terms error, oscillations, speed robustness, promotes more efficient rotation and, consequently, increases flow rate pumped water, these improvements persist under different climate
