Abstract In this report, pristine and Dy 3+ modified ZnO nanoparticles [Zn (1-x) x O NPs, where = 0, 0.05, 0.10] were synthesized using the sol–gel route, their physicochemical characteristics investigated. x-ray diffractograms of all compositions possess P 6 3 m c space group depicting hexagonal crystallinity with wurtzite-type crystal structure no signature impurities as confirmed Rietveld refinement technique. Abstract Antibiotic resistance is currently becoming a more serious threat to global health, especially in severe nosocomial infections treatment by multidrug-resistant bacteria. This research provides new way of synergizing green-synthesis for zinc oxide quantum dots (ZnO-QDs with hexagonal crystals) that are 7nm diameter and zero-valent Ag cubic crystals 67 nm size embedded nitazoxanide substrate (NZ). Instrumental characterization like SEM, TEM, EDAX, FT-IR comprehensive antimicrobial studies were conducted study the incorporation behavior composites based on NPs/ZnO QDs/NAZ. combination has not been hitherto addressed anywhere else published literature, as well commercial viability. In this context, we have precisely tuned nanoparticle ratio designing formulation demonstrating potent activity against MDR infections. By employing scaffold careful decoration thereof potency unlocked overriding conventional therapies. addition, NPs/ZnO-QDs/nitazoxanide (G6) formula exhibited therapeutic efficacy span 96.15±1.68% 99.57±0.20% human post 48h incubation; breakthrough levels achieved our method. Accordingly, ZnO QDs/Ag NPs/NZ composite offered potential multidrug resistant pathogens trend revolutionizing treatment.

The leaves of the Murraya koenigii aromatic plant contain various specific phytochemicals, including lutein, β-carotene, vitamin C, nicotinic acids, and other polyphenols, which act as reducing agents to produce metallic nanoparticles from their respective precursors. In this study, we report green synthesis iron–cobalt bimetallic (Fe–Co BMNPs) using natural resources capping aqueous extract leaves. synthesized Fe–Co BMNPs were characterized SEM, EDS, BET surface area, TGA, XRD, TEM, VSM techniques, revealing crystalline structure with a area 83.22 m2 g−1 particle sizes <50 nm. Furthermore, photocatalytic ability was examined concerning methylene blue dye (MBD) solution. exhibited promising potential for removal solution in acidic basic medium (>97% 10 mg L−1).
