This study evaluates the training needs of Social Communication Ministry at SNT Cathedral located I Cabanatuan City, focusing on improving ministry's communication strategies through enhanced ICT competencies. Using a descriptive research approach, Training Needs Assessment Form was employed to gather data ministry members' current skills in areas such as basic computer operations, internet usage, and management. The respondents, consisting Junior High School, Senior College-level participants, were surveyed determine their proficiency levels gaps. findings revealed strong interest multimedia skills, particularly photo video editing, well need for further office productivity tools maintaining online professionalism. Key development included troubleshooting, security, health safety practices. Advancement in medical education has led to the adoption of online learning platforms development and execution modules. Online are appraised accessed regarding their capability ensuring a seamless experience enhancing satisfaction users, especially students. In this study, students were studied with emphasis on sociodemographic features. Data collected using structured questionnaires distributed group college Eastern Nigeria. 300 undergraduate from Enugu State University Science Technology participated survey four departments: anatomy, laboratory, nursing, medicine. The included closed-ended questions divided into information, experience, learning. Results indicate that factors like course study sex respondents show noticeable relationship while other have no impact. majority (63.1%) strong agreed platform effectively delivers content mean value user as 4.15. Feature perception, level dependent sex, thus independent curriculum was relevant determining findings add empirical practical understanding students' success its use is recommended by institutions.

Digital competence is essential for current university teaching and improving the quality of teaching-learning process, according to advances in information communication technologies. The objective study was identify level digital among health science professors based on age, gender, profession, academic degree, years experience, use ICTs (Information Communication Technologies). An analytical research conducted with 183 participants both sexes, selected through consecutive sampling. They agreed participate responded ‘DigCompEdu Check-In’ instrument via a Google form. 52.45% were female 47.54% male. 50.5% are psychologists, 43% physicians 6.7% nutritionists. This is scientific research on how to overcome the current shortage of high school teachers. This study examines the impact of mobile learning on teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies as well their religious disposition. The research was carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah 6 5 Yogyakarta with aim gaining a deeper comprehension in context education. employed quantitative design recruited total 102 individuals through use random sampling.
