Silver oxide (Ag2O) particles are wonderful candidates due to their unique properties, and use in a wide range of research, industrial biomedical applications is rapidly increasing. This makes it fundamental develop simple, environmentally friendly methods with possible scaling. Herein, sodium borohydride Datura innoxia leaf extract were applied as chemical biological stabilizing reducing agents Ag2O particles. The primary aim was evaluate the anticancer antiviral activity prepared via two methods. XRD, UV-visible SEM analyses used examine crystallite structure, optical properties morphology, respectively. resulting green-synthesized exhibited small size, spherically agglomerated shape, high activities compared chemically synthesized MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5 diphenyltetrazolium-bromide) assay showed against MCF-7 cells IC50 = 17.908 µg/mL 23.856 µg/mL. also evaluated by plaque-forming assay, higher ability 0.618 6.129 We propose cancer treatment drug delivery.

In the current study, magnetic nanoparticles of neodymium and samarium substituted Mg-Zn-Cu, with a chemical composition Mg 0.5 Zn Cu 0.05 R x Fe 1.95-x O 4 (x = 0.05; Nd, Sm) were produced via sol-gel auto-combustion route. XRD indicates evolution cubic symmetry having Fd3m space group no impurities at room temperature. The FESEM images show irregularly shaped agglomerated grains in all samples. FTIR examination reveals stretching vibrations among metal cations anions interstitial vacancies. M-H graphs demonstrates that prepared nanoferrites have low rentivity (0.18–0.84 emu g −1 ) coercivity (11.25–34.03 Oe) indicating formation superparamagnetic nature. From electromagnetic traits, observed sample’s real permeability ( μ ″) permittivity ε ′) along dielectric loss reduced increasing applied field frequency, typical behaviour spinel nanoferrites. This may be explained by Maxwell-Wagner interfacial polarisation electron hopping ferrous ferric ions. variations coercivity, anisotropy constant, traits provide strong evidence samples are thermally stable potential to used solenoids transformers, also, more resistive devices operate high frequency.

In this research, we developed undoped and aluminum-doped zinc oxide for antimicrobial anticancer activities. This study focuses on the synthesis, characterization, biological activities of nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) nanocomposites (Zn1−xAlxO NCs) at varying concentrations (x = 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 wt%) using coprecipitation method. Various characterization techniques such as XRD, UV-Vis, FTIR, EDX, SEM were performed to analyze crystal structure, optical properties, functional group identification, elemental composition, surface morphology. The activity test showed that Zn0.75Al0.25O NCs exhibited strongest inhibition zone against Bacillus cereus compared Staphylococcus aureus > Pasteurella multocida Escherichia coli. Moreover, cytotoxicity cell viability liver cancer (HepG-2), breast (MCF-7), ovarian (SKOV3), normal lines) evaluated MTT assay, demonstrating not only enhance destruction but also show low high biocompatibility concentrations. These results suggest could be a promising candidate in vivo applications should further investigated.

In this research work, we designed a smart biodegradable PEG-coated MnO2 nanoparticles conjugated with doxorubicin (PMnO2-Dox NPs) for dual chemo-photodynamic therapy and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) application. This highly sensitive pH-responsive PMnO2-Dox NPs causes effective drug release under acidic pH environment. not only improves the efficacy of due to synergistic response as well improved MRI via boosting T1 contrast. Manifold characterization techniques have been employed materials investigation. Crystallography were performed by using XRD analysis, which confirmed tetragonal crystal structure an approximate crystallite size 20–30 nm. Surface morphology was SEM results indicated spherical asymmetric agglomerated nanocluster NPs. in vitro bioassay, anticancer activity tested against breast cancer (MCF-7) cell line MTT test. Moreover, it can also inhibit growth primary secondary cancers without light exposure. Results suggested that convenient treatment combined but address way towards comprehensive strategy application bright contrast agent after overcoming problem multidrug resistance (MDR) therapeutic analysis.
