This study aimed to investigate factors associated with the completion multi-dose COVID-19 vaccines (MDV) among adolescents adults in two informal urban settlements Nairobi, Kenya. We analyzed data from Kenya Multisite Integrated Serosurveillance (KEMIS) project. defined MDV as receiving an additional dose between weeks 6 8 following first vaccination shot. applied modified Poisson regression model standard errors determine that were independently MDV. 402 individuals aged 14-90 years found rate was 85.3%. In adjusted analysis, participants ≥60 (adjusted prevalence risk ratio [aPR] 1.30, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.05-1.60) those who recommended others (aPR 1.40, CI 1.00-1.96) significantly more likely complete Individuals 25-59 1.22, 0.99-1.50), perceived themselves being at 1.09, 0.99-1.19), had access healthcare during pandemic tended have a higher Overall, relatively high, however, public health interventions should endeavor target left behind such younger hesitant about vaccination.
