Digital Competence of Rural Teachers in Depopulated Regions of Spain: A Bibliometric Review

Rural
teachers
have
the
potential
to
be
important
agents
of
local
development.
To
achieve
this
goal,
they
need
acquire
high
digital
competence
in
order
effectively
integrate
technology
into
their
pedagogical
practices,
thus
enriching
learning
experience
students
and
fostering
participation.
Digital
contributes
reducing
education
gap
between
urban
rural
areas,
promoting
educational
equity
inclusion.
High
also
enables
address
specific
challenges
environment,
such
as
cultural
diversity,
scarce
resources,
low
population
density.
Against
backdrop,
article
presents
a
bibliometric
review
importance
Spain,
where
problem
depopulation,
other
regions
Europe,
has
been
accentuated
recent
years.
The
objective
is
both
(i)
find
strengths
weaknesses
that
concern
researchers
relation
training
areas
(ii)
express
them
explicitly
contribute
propose
solutions.

Tujuan
penelitian
adalah
untuk
mengoptimalkan
peran
penghargaan,
kepuasan
kerja,
dan
rasa
Bahagia
sebagai
factor
yang
memengaruhi
kinerja
karyawan
secara
tidak
langsung.
Penelitian
ini
deskriptif
kuantitatif
mengutamakan
tanggapan
responden
atas
kuesioner
diajukan,
sebanyak
175
telah
memberikan
jawaban.
Data
dipergunakan
dasar
pembahasan
melalui
pendekatan
partial
least
square
(PLS).
Hasil
menunjukkan:
(1)
ada
pengaruh
prestasi
kerja
terhadap
penghargaan;
(2)
bahagia;
(3)
kerja;
(4)
kerjasama
tim
(5)
(6)
bahwa
(7)
penghargaan
kinerja;
(8)
bahagia
serta
(9)
kinerja.
Simpulan
yaitu
pengembangan
model
dapat
dilakukan
penguatan
Kerjasama
tim,
menciptakan
Bahagia,
kerja.
