Energy

This
study
addresses
fragmented
understanding
of
regulatory,
economic,
environmental,
social
enablers
essential
for
technological
development
enterprises
(SEEs).
The
gap
literature
concerning
how
social,
technological,
environmental
factors
interrelate
to
influence
innovation
development.
research
aims
identify
rank
critical
success
(CSFs),
analyze
their
interdependencies,
examine
power
dependence.
Data
were
collected
from
eleven
entrepreneurs,
relationships
among
eight
evaluated
via
total
interpretive
structural
modeling
(TISM),
cross-impact
matrix
multiplication
applied
classification
(MICMAC)
was
employed
categorize
autonomous,
driving,
dependent,
linkage
factors.
results
highlight
market
dynamics
as
foundation
factor
development,
whereas
long-term
sustainability
emerges
most
dependent
factor.
Risk
management,
resilience,
partnerships,
collaboration
are
identified
key
that
SEE
innovation.
While
small
sample
size
is
limitation,
findings
provide
valuable
insights
practitioners,
policymakers
by
identifying
CSFs
support
informed
decision-making,
resource
allocation,
strategy
effective
recommends
fostering
adopting
cost-reduction
approaches
enhance
performance,
investing
continuous
ensure
feasibility,
differentiation,
adaptability.
