Purpose – This study explores the integration of Islamic values in child parenting practices and its impact on family resilience within Muslim families Southeast Asia. The necessity this research arises from increasing interest how religious teachings influence dynamics development, providing a unique perspective diverse cultural contexts. Design/methods/approach A systematic literature review methodology adhered to PRISMA guidelines. Databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, Emerald, PubMed, Taylor & Francis, Springer, Semantic Scholar were searched using specific keywords related included peer-reviewed empirical published between 2000 2024. From results article selection, 39 articles narrowed down analysed reveal various critical aspects theme. Thematic analysis was conducted identify, analyse, report themes data. Findings identified that integrating into significantly enhances resilience, promotes interfaith tolerance, supports children's moral development. Key implementation wasatiyyah (moderation), character education based teachings, role community parenting. However, challenges balancing influences addressing special needs context also highlighted. Background: South Sulawesi, Indonesia, is home to four main ethnic groups—Toraja, Makassar, Bugis, and Mandar—with the Luwu group comprising twelve sub-tribes. While often associated with people identify themselves as Luwuese maintain their cultural distinctiveness through practices like consensus deliberation gotong-royong, which foster unity manage tensions. Objective: The aim of this research explain social dynamics tribal children process integration taking place between them. Method: employed a qualitative approach, utilizing observations in-depth interviews for data collection. It applied interpretive understanding analyze among children, integrating both macro-level micro-level theories. study focused on how interaction serves means implementing values, enabling coexistence within relationships. Results: results showed that associative relationships were established by strengthening solidarity living in Tana Luwu. Although there are differences culture, customs religion shape life community, community still able build good cooperation, adaptation, assimilation acculturation. This article examines the representation of FAMILY concept in English and Chinese newspapers. The research material was gathered from ten information sources included 200 news articles, selected through continuous sampling using keyword / 家庭. articles were analyzed to identify relevant issues categorized based on their thematic content. In each article, key content elements—words phrases that carry significant semantic meaning—were identified used for cognitive matrix modeling. findings reveal asymmetry how is portrayed media. English-language media, centered fundamental components form core concept, such as family members relationships. also extends areas like activities, children, finances, employment, pets, legal issues. contrast, media emphasizes government’s role educating younger generation behavior, fostering a new families adhere country’s ethical norms, traditional cultural values, moral standards. central aspect governmental support societal focus needs education, with being viewed within broader context relations. observed attributed cultural, economic, social, political differences. capital-oriented social systems, seen an independent unit capable self-sufficiency without substantial government intervention. study particularly understanding professional discourse shaping public perceptions across different cultures, highlighting narratives reflect influence values communication practices.
