Comprehensive conservative management (CCM) is a viable treatment option for elderly patients with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD). However, it involves significant change in dietary habits, such as adopting low-protein diet. Therefore, crucial to understand its impact on the patient's quality of life (QoL), particularly when compared hemodialysis (HD). The study aims evaluate differences QoL between undergoing CCM and HD. included 50 over 75 ESKD, 25 group HD group. followed personalized diet, while did not have protein restrictions. Various parameters were assessed, including demographic data, urine output, blood tests, comorbidity index, Visual Analog Scale (VAS), hospitalization. SF-12 questionnaire assessed QoL, Physical Composite Score (PCS) Mental (MCS) calculated. revealed no age index patients. In contrast, reported significantly better physical mental well-being than univariate analysis, (B 0.24, p = 0.001), intake -0.004, 0.008), hospitalization -0.18, 0.024), output 0.25, VAS -0.26, < 0.001) influenced PCS.
