Introduction Global mining activities have significant impacts on ecosystems, but most studies focused only the relationship between soil physicochemical properties and microbial diversity in soils. The present study provides an insight into effects of physico-chemical endophytic bacterial community composition rhizosphere three different crops. Methods Musa basjoo Siebold L., Amygdalus persica Triticum aestivum L. were collected from inter-root soils plant roots to determine communities root system. Muscadine grapes are renowned for their unique traits, natural disease resistance, and rich bioactive compounds. Despite extensive research on phytochemical properties, microbial communities, particularly endophytic bacteria, remain largely unexplored. These bacteria play crucial roles in plant health, stress tolerance, ecological interactions. This study represents the first comprehensive effort to isolate, identify, functionally characterize bacterial endophytes inhabiting muscadine grape berries using a culture-dependent approach. We isolated diverse species spanning six genera-Bacillus, Staphylococcus, Paenibacillus, Calidifontibacillus, Curtobacterium, Tatumella. Microscopic physiological analysis revealed variations morphology, with isolates demonstrating adaptability varied temperatures. Cluster-based indicated functional specialization among isolates, from Pseudomonadota Actinomycetota exhibiting superior growth-promoting abilities, whereas Bacillota displayed potential biocontrol probiotic properties. Among them, Tatumella ptyseos demonstrated exceptional including indole-3-acetic acid production, nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilization, carbohydrate fermentation. Additionally, Bacillus spp. showed presumptive potential, while Paenibacillus cineris emerged as candidate. The identification of Calidifontibacillus erzurumensis novel further expands known biodiversity grape-associated microbes. findings provide insights into metabolic diversity endophytes, highlighting agricultural biotechnological applications.

The appropriate application of nitrogen fertilizers and biochar to the soil is beneficial for soybean growth, a combination can improve low-nitrogen fertilizer utilization efficiency. However, effect on roots still unclear. Therefore, in this study, we investigate changes endophytic bacterial communities metabolites under different combinations treatments by setting fertilization levels using high-throughput sequencing non-targeted metabolomics techniques. results showed that applying 20 t/ha 180 kg/ha (C2N1) resulted highest yield. By studying community roots, it was observed dominant phyla were Proteobacteria, Bacteroidota, Actinobacteriota, genera Bradyrhizobium, Streptomyces, Rhizobacter. Moreover, metabolic pathway analysis revealed glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchor biosynthesis most significant C0N1 vs. C0N0 comparison group, glycerophospholipid metabolism C2N1 C1N1 group; they both associated with regulatory mechanisms such as plant growth promotion nutrient cycling. Structural equation modeling indicates bacteria have positive impact Bradyrhizobium Rhizobium are observable variables effects bacteria, while Phe-Thr 7-allyloxycoumarin metabolites. In recent years, a new microbial technology has emerged to optimize maize field productivity and soil health. This is crucial because of the adverse effects pesticide contamination diseases on yields. Enterobacter sp. ES1, multifunctional strain, effectively degraded 93.09% nicosulfuron within 4 days. Optimal degradation occurred at 35 °C pH 6.0, with 4% inoculum 20 mg L-1 nicosulfuron. Strain ES1 could fix nitrogen solubilize phosphorus potassium. It also detoxified potassium produced chrome azurol S indole-3-acetic acid. Moreover, it promoted rapid seed germination, induced resistance northern leaf blight, up-regulated genes ZmOPR2, ZmPR5, ZmHPL, ZmOX10, ZmPAL, ZmPR1, ZmAOS, ZmCTR1. ES1R-gfp, prepared using green fluorescent protein antibiotic domestication methods, functioned as bacterial fertilizer 31.04% sawdust, 32.96% straw, 12.15% biochar, exhibiting rate 99.65%. Introduction Constructed wetlands have become crucial ecosystems for the purification of industrial and agricultural water. The health wetland plants efficacy water are strongly influenced by root-associated bacteria. Methods To address this knowledge gap, we employed high-resolution 16S rRNA deep amplicon sequencing to explore community structure assembly within three species (i.e. Iris ensata , Canna indica Hymenocallis littoralis ) found constructed wetlands.
