This study addresses the complexities of fostering innovative behavior in Vietnam's IT firms, a critical aspect maintaining competitive advantage rapidly evolving sector. Using an integrated Grey theory incorporating Delphi and Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) methods, we explore interdependencies among factors driving innovation within organizational contexts. The research draws on comprehensive literature review insights from 16 Vietnamese experts, identifying 21 across five dimensions: leadership vision, culture environment, learning development, management support, technological resources. Our findings emphasize paramount importance visionary risk-taking enhancing capability, with infrastructure also playing significant role. Consequently, recommend that companies prioritize cultivate embraces risk to bolster ecosystems. Hence, this contributes significantly theoretical discourse capabilities environments offers practical recommendations for organizations emerging markets like Vietnam.

This study aims to establish an expert consensus and enhance the efficacy of decision-making processes by integrating Spherical Fuzzy Sets (SFSs) Z-Numbers (SFZs). A novel group technique, PHI model, is developed address inherent limitations both SFSs traditional Delphi particularly in uncertain, complex scenarios. In such contexts, accuracy knowledge confidence their judgments are pivotal considerations. provides fundamental operational principles aggregation operators associated with Z-numbers, encompassing weighted geometric arithmetic alongside fully tailored for SFZs numbers. Quantum computing offers transformative processing capabilities, particularly in data analysis. However, its adoption developing countries like Vietnam faces significant barriers, such as financial constraints, infrastructural limitations, and skill shortages. This study aims to determine analyze these barriers' impact weights evaluate rank potential solutions for overcoming the most critical barriers. proposes a multi-faceted approach integrating Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, including Delphi Method (DELPHI), Trial And Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL), Combined Compromise Solution (COCOSO), Technique Order Performance by Similarity Ideal (TOPSIS), Multiplicative form of Multi-objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis method (MULTIMOORA), alongside Spherical Fuzzy (QSF) set combination, especially QSF DELPHI COCOSO models, represents methodological contribution. Results indicate that Vietnam's primary barriers quantum are limited infrastructure, high costs, lack skilled workforce.
