Countries are under significant pressure from climate change due to high levels of carbon emissions, and they working towards neutrality (CN). This is particularly relevant for Saudi Arabia the United Arab Emirates, which heavily rely on fossil fuels. Therefore, this study aims suggest solutions these countries.
