The evaluation of quality in education has gained greater relevance, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, which enhanced virtual learning and further highlighted need for inclusive, equitable, line with SDG 4. It become indispensable to have models tools supported by empirical validation ensure their applicability reliability diverse educational contexts. This study addresses this validating a self-assessment guide designed evaluate from an accessibility perspective. process involved three phases: preliminary phase 4 experts identify areas improvement structure, clarity, relevance content; extended 20 validity; pilot implemented four higher-education institutions verify guide’s real environments. Reliability validity were assessed using standard psychometric techniques, confirming high internal consistency content validity, although some required clarity adjustments. findings indicate that can serve as robust tool aiming advance accessible high-quality education, directly supporting 4’s commitment inclusive education.
