This study investigates the relationship of High Involvement Human Resources Management Practice (HI-HRMP), Organizational Learning, Employee Dynamic Capability and Digital Performance. The primary objective is aiming to explore how mediates effect HI-HRMP Learning on research focuses employees PT Astra Daihatsu Motor in Sunter Karawang, involving a sample 185 respondents selected using purposive sampling from company’s workforce both location. employs quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaire collect cross-sectional data. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics summarize characteristics mean, Sobel test examine mediating employee dynamic capability, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analyze relationships between variables. finding shows that has direct positive significant digital performance but does not influence capability. Thus, capability fails mediate performance. Meanwhile, organizational learning significantly performance, directly or indirect through as partially variable.
