The low learning outcomes in physical education among elementary school students are attributed to the use of less interactive and engaging media. This condition hinders students' engagement process, necessitating media innovation enhance their interest comprehension. study aims develop Powtoon-based multimedia improve fourth-grade education. research employed a development (R&D) method by adapting model encompassing needs analysis, design, development, product evaluation stages. Data were collected through pretest post-test outcome assessments conducted before after analysis included normality tests using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test homogeneity SPSS version 24, indicating that data normally distributed homogeneous. t-test results demonstrated significant difference between outcomes, showing improved significantly multimedia. These findings indicate is effective enhancing outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded has positive impact on improving students.
