Pulmonary tuberculosis tends to co-occur with other diseases, leading the emergence of drug-resistant strains Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which complicates identification and treatment pulmonary tuberculosis. The limitations previous methods have become increasingly evident. Therefore, based on high-throughput sequencing technology, this study aims screen for diagnostic marker genes by comparing differences in PBMC expression profiles between patients healthy individuals. During research process, PBMCs were first isolated from samples, total RNA was extracted, cDNA libraries prepared bridge PCR amplification. Subsequently, deep performed using an Illumina Genome Analyzer IIx sequencer determine read counts target genes, calibrate sequence tags data, differentially expressed PTB HC higher levels, make diagnoses condition.
