Medical waste risks people and the environment because it can be infectious contain hazardous substances. For patients to receive medical attention recover in a safe environment, garbage must disposed of correctly. Improper disposal poses severe risk society, which accelerate development various pandemics epidemics. In this case, should handled appropriately. This study presents an integrated multi-criteria decision-making method consisting entropy, PIPRECIA, MACROS methods based on interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy set. guarantee high safety security for health practitioners society through effective modeling ranking associated with disposal. Five alternatives eight criteria were determined. According results, incineration is most suitable process healthcare waste. The performance was then assessed validated using sensitivity analysis. addition, study's findings their consequences lawmakers, businesspeople, technologists, are examined. future, these stakeholders concentrate deficiencies provide long-term remedies.
