This work leveraged predictive modeling techniques in machine learning (ML) to predict heart disease using a dataset sourced from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention US. The was preprocessed used train five models: random forest, support vector machine, logistic regression, extreme gradient boosting light boosting. goal use best performing model develop web application capable of reliably predicting based on user-provided data. classifier provided most reliable results with precision, recall F1-score 97%, 72%, 83% respectively Class 0 (no disease) 21% (precision), 81% (recall) 34% (F1-score) 1 (heart disease). further deployed as application.

Stroke is a leading cause of disability and death worldwide. Care stroke patients both complex resource-intensive. Understanding this complexity crucial for improving healthcare delivery. This study aimed to model analyze the care system. Data were gathered through document review interviews with 17 professionals in city eastern Canada. The Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM) was employed system, identify sources variability, propose solutions improve identified 73 interconnected functions that constitute functional system spanning from preadmission discharge. illustrates how enter receive treatment, transition after results revealed 1) staffing ratio, 2) health staff training, 3) scheduling, 4) documentation, 5) equipment space are significant variability These findings enable focus on managing changes enhancing their ability navigate effectively.

The demand for quality healthcare is rising worldwide, and nurses in South Africa are under pressure to provide care with limited resources. This demanding work environment leads burnout exhaustion among nurses. Understanding the specific factors leading these issues critical adequately supporting informing policymakers. Currently, little known about unique associated emotional Africa. Furthermore, whether can be predicted using demographic data alone unclear. Machine learning has recently been proven solve complex problems accurately predict outcomes medical settings. In this study, supervised machine models were developed identify that most strongly reporting feelings of experiencing exhaustion.
