Humanity stands at a pivotal moment of technological revolution, with artificial intelligence (AI) reshaping fields traditionally reliant on human cognitive abilities. This transition, driven by advancements in neural networks, has transformed data processing and evaluation, creating opportunities for addressing complex time-consuming tasks AI solutions. Purpose This study aims to investigate the mediating role of different types intellectual capital (human, structural and relational) in relationship between artificial intelligence-driven supply chain analytics capability (AI-SCAC) various decision-making processes, specifically rational, bounded tacit decision-making. Design/methodology/approach The used a quantitative survey strategy collect data.
