This study aimed to investigate the potential of Pichia kudriavzevii (PK), a newly discovered yeast strain, in alleviating deleterious effects induced by aflatoxins on broilers. Eighty one-day-old broiler chicks were divided into four groups and subjected various combinations aflatoxin dosages at 300 μg/kg feed alongside PK supplementation 1 g/kg feed. Assessment encompassed comprehensive array parameters including performance metrics, hepatic renal biomarkers, interleukin concentrations, blood cell counts, hemoglobin concentration, packed volume, antibody response sheep red cells, lymphoproliferative PHA-P, phagocytic utilizing carbon clearance assay system, as well evaluation oxidants antioxidants. Additionally, gross microscopic lesions liver kidney examined. The highlights promising agent for mitigating aflatoxin-induced toxicity improving antioxidant immunomodulatory status, normalizing reversing pathological alterations through multifaceted protective mechanisms.
