No death, no toxicological symptoms, appreciable body weight changes between treated control groups observed. Oral administration EEAA (200 mg/kg) significantly reduced induced xylene. beta carotene, rutin exhibited most promising inhibition against COX2. Significant effects demonstrated vitro, vivo, silico. ariculata can be regarded as non-toxic. findings are consistent with plant’s traditional applications, which include therapy illnesses.

Blighia sapida is widely used in traditional medicine for the treatment of several diseases Togo. This study aimed to assess antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties sapida. To this end, a phytochemical screening was carried out, followed by an assessment DPPH, total capacity, ex vivo lipoperoxidation tests on Sprague Dawley rats, evaluation anti- inflammatory activity egg albumin denaturation test. The leaves extract scavenged DPPH free radical with IC50 172 ± 0.577µg/mL its capacity value 40.174 0.638 mg Eq AA/g. In test kidney liver, showed significant inhibitory effect. Phytochemical revealed presence tannins, flavonoids, alkaloids, saponosides, carbohydrate compounds. present results that possess which may be linked bioactive compounds they contain, suggesting their use prevent oxidative processes.

Introduction: Uvaria chamae and Sida linifolia are plants traditionally used in Togo diabetes treatment, an affection that often leads to several complications. This study aimed evaluate the antihyperglycemic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant activity toxicity of these two extracts. Methods: A phytochemical analysis was carried out on extracts obtained either by decoction or maceration ethanol leaves whole plant. Evaluation antihyperglycemic consisted glucose absorption test using yeast rats' muscle jejunum. DPPH test, total capacity assay, hemolysis egg albumin denaturation inhibition assays evaluation acute were performed. Results: Hydroalcoholic extract showed strongest (p<0.05); highest phenolic contents (147.93 ± 1.01 mg/g), best (153.33 4.07), lowest IC50 (μg/mL) for (296.96 91.69), a (825.99 29.24) (738.10 92.26) assays. In same way, hydroalcoholic linifolia, (p<0.05), (71.60 2.16 (146.98 2.81), (μg/ mL) (788.28 112.54), (882.03 20.86) (1966.18 35.94) None rats. Conclusion: plant could be candidates treatment its
