Exploration of the relationship between individual work immersion and perceived stress is critical for clinical nurses' effective psychological interventions human resource management, as well to alleviate nursing staff shortages. In order further dissect influencing factors among staff, our study introduces concepts perfectionism social connectedness analyze specific pathways that influence in terms an individual's intrinsic external personality traits. This provides relevant recommendations development management measures staff.This was a cross-sectional survey. 993 registered nurses were included from four hospitals Guangzhou through convenience sampling method. Clinical immersion, stress, perfectionism, investigated using questionnaires based on latent profile analysis. The relationships variables analyzed t-tests, analysis variance, Pearson's correlation analysis, moderated mediation analysis.The results showed (1) general influences only child, labor relationship, allowance, family support; (2) contained subgroups: lowest (12.6%), medium-low (39.8%), medium-high (39.9%), highest (7.7%); (3) positive negative played mediating role association stress; (4) moderating model stress.Work have important impact stress. Nursing managers or leaders should pay attention differences status, adopt reasonable strategies, accurately identify perfectionist groups strengthen groups, so ensure quality care, reduce turnover problem shortage.

Role ambiguity is recognized as a significant psychological risk stressor in nursing practice, which undermines the well-being of nurses. Since nurses plays crucial role ensuring positive patient outcomes, it becomes imperative to identify strategies for improving nurses' well-being. This study aimed explore effects on anxiety intensive care unit and mechanisms mediating emotional intelligence. In April–June 2023, convenience sampling method was used collect data from 360 total 7 hospitals Shaanxi Province, Hunan Beijing, Jiangsu China. This research study aims to examine the professional quality of life (ProQOL) among healthcare workers (HCWs) in Pakistan during fourth wave COVID-19. Abstract Nurses face complex stressors in their work including routine exposure to human suffering and potentially traumatic events. Consequently, nurses are at risk of moral distress, workplace burnout, compassion fatigue. The aim this study was design, develop, test a health-promoting resilience education program for nurses. research questions were as follows: (1) Are scores affected by education?
