BACKGROUND:
Nurses
require
moral
courage
to
make
appropriate
decisions.
Ethics
education
can
enhance
and
boost
the
nurses’
clinical
decision-making
potential.

study
aimed
outline
impact
of
ethics
focusing
on
emergency
nurses.
MATERIALS
AND
METHODS:
A
semi-experimental
before
after
intervention
with
40
nurses
selected
by
purposive
sampling
method
from
two
hospitals
Mazandaran
University
Medical
Sciences
in
groups

RESUMO
Objetivos:

ABSTRACT
Objectives:

distress

overload
during
the
COVID-19
pandemic
in
Brazil.
Methods:
qualitative
research,
whose
data
collection
occurred
through
individual
interviews
with

nurses
who
worked
on
front
line
health
services
southeastern

were
analyzed
using
thematic
content
analysis.
Results:
