ABSTRACT Aim To explore the influence of emotional intelligence and organisational commitment (OC) on clinical nurses' turnover intention (TI) to provide intervention strategies reduce rate nursing staff maintain stability team. Design A cross‐sectional descriptive study was conducted with nurses ( n = 452) in a tertiary hospital Kaifeng City, Henan Province, China. Methods The project July 2023. data were collected using scale, Wong Law scale scale. Results score (3.07 ± 0.68), (3.04 (2.70 0.58). Organisational scores are negatively correlated intention; mediating effect is −0.406, accounts for 49.9%. ABSTRACT Introduction Nurses' job satisfaction in hospitals is fundamental for the quality of care and safety patients. Background/Objectives: Several studies have reported alarming rates of mental health issues and sleep problems among nurses even in the post-pandemic era. The objective was to investigate prevalence stress, anxiety depressive symptoms, burnout insomnia Greece one year after end pandemic construct a mediation model evaluating impact stress on insomnia, chain mediating roles symptoms burnout, as well moderating role model. Results: were 33.9% with 95% confidence interval (CI): [0.292, 0.390], 33.3% (95% CI: [0.284, 0.381]), 35% [0.302, 0.400]), 46.8% [0.399, 0.502]) 56.1% [0.509, 0.611]), respectively. Multiple regression analysis indicated that subscale DASS-21 explained 40.6% variance AIS, while an additional 7.6% by CBI another 1.3% rate DASS-21. Relationship between work productivity and patient safety attitudes among intensive and critical care nurses: A structural equation modelling approach DOI Creative Commons

Abstract Background Intensive care units present various challenges that can affect the productivity of nurses who play a critical role in ensuring patient safety; however, relationship between these nurses' work and safety attitudes has not been sufficiently explored. Aim To investigate among intensive (ICCNs) using structural equation modelling (SEM). Study Design This cross‐sectional study involved 372 ICCNs were members Turkish Society Critical Care Nurses. Data collected via an online survey Nurse Information Form, Attitudes Toward Productivity Scale (ATPS) Patient Safety Attitude Questionnaire (PSAQ). Results A significant positive correlation was found total ATPS PSAQ score ( r = .704, p < .01). The SEM analysis revealed teamwork climate β .192, .001), perceptions management .141, .001) job satisfaction .482, positively predicted towards productivity, while stress recognition had negative impact −.219, .001). model accounted for 62.2% variance demonstrated good fit indices χ 2 /df 3.566; GFI 0.989; CFI 0.991; RMSEA 0.078). Nurses are frontline caregivers who handle heavy workloads and high-stakes activities. They face several mental health issues, including stress, burnout, anxiety, depression. The welfare of nurses the standard patient treatment depends on resolving this problem. Artificial intelligence is revolutionising healthcare, its integration provides many possibilities in addressing these concerns. This review examines literature published over past 40 years, concentrating AI nursing for support, improved care, ethical issues. Using databases such as PubMed Google Scholar, a thorough search was conducted with Boolean operators, narrowing results relevance.
