This paper proposes a new class of novel 2D layered structured materials, such as MXene (MX), for the synthesis innovative nanofluids coolants to evaluate convective heat transfer performance double-pipe exchanger (DPHE). Convective experiments were successfully conducted in lab-scale fabricated DPHE using low-concentration by varying volume concentration nanoparticles (0.01-0.05 vol %) different base fluids. The influence on various parameters, LMTD, Nusselt number, coefficient, and rate without any inserts was experimentally investigated. results revealed that coefficient number increase with increasing Reynolds (Re) Maximum enhancement (126%) achieved methanol-based at 0.05 %. Moreover, exhibits maximum ∼50% methanol- water-based nanofluids. In contrast, thermal factor also estimated, it observed water- based showed higher values than castor oil- silicone oil-based Finally, LMTD coefficients validated Aspen HYSYS 12.1 software.

Instalasi pemasangan pipa air bersih di dusun Klampok bertujuan untuk mengalirkan dari sumber hingga ke rumah warga. Air dialirkan menggunakan jenis PVC dengan diameter 2 inch pada kedalaman 63 meter. Penelitian ini dilakukan menguji instalasi yang telah dipasang apakah terdapat kebocoran atau tidak. Uji melakukan pengamatan sepanjang terpasang selama dua jam, apabila jam tidak bocor sambungan nya, maka dinyatakan lolos uji pipa. Pengujian selanjutnya yaitu ekspansi linier kehilangan tekanan (mayor headloss) akibat gesekan friksi aliran fluida persamaan Darcy-Weisbarch kemudian dihubungkan antara bilangan Reynolds sudah dihitung nilai kekasaran diagram Moody. kedua dalam fitting (minor k tiap-tiap dapat dilihat Tabel Koefisien Kerugian Untuk Komponen Pipa. This paper presents the continuation of experimental investigations conducted by present authors to measure and compare thermal fluid dynamic performance a residential hydronic air coil using nanofluids.
