ABSTRACTEffectively improving the green total factor productivity (GTFP) of high-carbon enterprises is key to adhering development and achieving dual-carbon goal. This study examines relationship between fintech enterprises' GTFP based on an SBM-undesirable model with data from eight industries in China 2006 2020, addresses endogeneity issue instrumental variables propensity matching scores. It has been discovered that for every 1% increase level a city, there will be 1.08% local enterprises; boosts by reducing financing constraints promoting technological advances promote transformation across board; role boosting more pronounced midwestern regions, non-resource cities, cities weaker environmental regulations, non-state-owned enterprises. Abstract With the high incidence of extreme events, it is important to examine how occurrence natural disasters influences long‐term sustainable development. We give evidence from changing process innovation. Using data OECD countries 1985 2018, we conclude that environmental threats drive pay more attention development and promote change innovation type traditional green Moreover, for different types disasters, volcanic activities, landslides, floods show a positive influence, while epidemics dampen it. Based on sub‐sample analysis, this impact pronounced in with levels economic development, oil exports right‐wing parties power. Furthermore, renewable energy consumption acts as moderator, moderating effects government efficiency, corruption globalization are inhibiting.
