Purpose The growing concern with the rapid evolution in adopting emerging technologies real estate industry to enhance performance is a threat conventional practice. paper aims examine latent influence of digital-based technology on employees toward improving organizational performance. Design/methodology/approach study employed an exploratory research design. sampled 132 firms Lagos State, Nigeria. adopts random sampling method, and only 87 questionnaires were retrieved found suitable for analysis. data analyzed using descriptive inferential statistics. Findings perceived that adoption tools enhances employee creativity usage, work ethics, decision-making skills, behaviors traits business Furthermore, firm culture, training development, assessment productivity metrics, firm’s expectations strategic applications are significant factors impact decisions drive Practical implications has implication achieving technology-based system by involving employees’ attaining overall objectives. Originality/value relevant because it examines empirical digital enhancing goal organization’s competitiveness while maintaining flexible approaches withstand future risk uncertainty.

ABSTRACT This study explores the relationship between executive ownership, minority shareholder protection, and environmental innovation in China. We conducted using a comprehensive sample of A‐share companies listed on Chinese Exchange Market from 2013 to 2022. The final consists 29,366 observations. results show that ownership significantly boosts innovation, especially low‐polluting industries. However, its impact is minimal high‐polluting sectors, highlighting necessity external regulatory frameworks. Minority protection positively moderates this relationship, indicating critical role fostering environmentally beneficial strategies. Executive salary also encourages but lesser extent than suggesting potential governance challenges with just short‐term financial incentives. research underscores importance policies aligning incentives long‐term goals strengthening rights for effective corporate sustainability efforts. Hence, policymakers should focus creating encourage sustainable particularly industries where internal alone may not suffice.
