This study investigates the role of green innovations in fostering environmental awareness and technology adoption among SMEs. Employing a quantitative approach, questionnaire was administered to convenient sample 320 SME respondents between January March 2024. Data analysis conducted using (Smart-PLS) examine relationships innovations, awareness, adoption. <p>In the realm of solid-state lithium-ion battery (SLIB) research, anode development remains a focal area because interface between solid electrolyte and plays critical role in determining performance. Among various materials, vertically aligned graphene nanowalls (GNWs) stand out as promising candidate due to their extensive surface area, sharp exposed edges, high conductivity. These features give GNWs great potential enhance efficiency capacity batteries. However, plasma generated microwave chemical vapor deposition (MWPCVD) equipment chamber exhibits uneven distribution, making it challenging achieve uniform growth over large area. To improve in-plane uniformity during GNWs, drive motor was installed beneath substrate holder, allowing rotate at constant speed film process, thus enhancing GNWs. This paper also showed that charge-discharge properties SLIBs are improved with rotation. Compared previously reported method producing through rapid rotation slow pulsation resonant field, this modification apparatus is simpler. Additionally, use mixed gas can effectively GNW films, providing viable reference for mass production SLIB electrodes.</p>
