Renewable energy sources, such as biofuels, represent promising alternatives to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and mitigate climate change. Their production through enzymatic hydrolysis has gained relevance by converting agro-industrial waste into fermentable sugars residual oils, which are essential for the generation of bioethanol biodiesel. The fungus Aspergillus stands out a key source enzymes, including cellulases, xylanases, amylases, lipases, crucial breakdown biomass oils produce fatty acid methyl esters (FAME). This review examines current state these technologies, highlighting significance in conversion energy-rich materials. While process holds significant potential, it faces challenges high costs associated with final processing stages. Agro-industrial is proposed an resource support circular economy, thereby eliminating reliance non-renewable resources processes. Furthermore, advanced pretreatment technologies—including biological, physical, physicochemical methods, well use ionic liquids—are explored enhance efficiency. Abstract Lipases are considered the most widely used industrial biocatalysts, and play a significant role in diverse biotechnological applications such as biodiesel. Biodiesel is renewable ecologically friendly biofuel, has received significantly increased attention recent years. The reaction media of biodiesel synthesis via transesterification process fats oils could be cascade reactions. use mixture immobilized lipases biocatalysts reactions much consideration since it ‘greener technique’ several advantages over free lipases. selection appropriate carrier materials immobilization techniques fundamentally affects lipases’ catalytic performance for production. Hence, this review discusses developments lipase well current status mixtures their application synthesis. initial part presents brief introduction preparation. New different basic also evaluated. Most significantly, studies carried out on lipase‐catalyzed last 15 years (2006–2021) summarized. economic environmental evaluation enzymatic production presented. Abstract Biodiesel is a green and renewable alternative energy source which can be produced through lipase‐catalyzed transesterification process. Enzymatic biodiesel production has generated much interest owing to its environmentally friendly process, low wastewater treatment requirements easy product separation. In this work, we attempt review some of the recent patents state‐of‐the‐art technology in for including feedstock, lipases, novel carriers process factors. This work will provide useful guidance researchers develop cost efficient biodiesels.

Artificial skin, also known as bioinspired electronic skin (e-skin), refers to intelligent wearable electronics that imitate the tactile sensory function of human and identify detected changes in external information through different electrical signals.
