Creatinine (CRE) has been considered to be a critical biomarker for assessing renal dysfunction and muscular metabolism. In this study, we developed dual-mode colorimetric photothermal CRE sensor selective detection of using gum arabic-treated molybdenum disulfide with copper ions (GA-MoS2@Cu2+). the system, GA-MoS2 nanosheets can used as cocatalyst in Fenton-like reaction. Moreover, presence CRE, reaction accelerated through cocatalysis nanosheets, which increases electron transfer capacity system. This facilitates production larger amounts reactive oxygen species (ROS) promotes oxidation 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB). The catalytic activity GA-MoS2@Cu2+/CRE higher concentrations CRE. oxidized TMB (TMBox) served signal sensors due its visible near-infrared (NIR) light absorbance. Abstract Gum arabic/acacia (GA), derived from Acacia trees, is a versatile natural product offering broad spectrum of applications. Its rich content soluble dietary fibers, coupled with low caloric profile, renders GA valuable component associated numerous health benefits. Furthermore, its fermentation by gut microbiota yields short‐chain fatty acids, renowned for their positive impact on health. Abstract In the present study, different doses of lyophilized kiwifruit peel powder extract (KPE) were incorporated into carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and gum Arabic (GA) based polymer matrices to fabricate films CG-CT (control film), CG-KPE1 (1% KPE), CG-KPE2 (2% CG-KPE3 (3% KPE) investigate their effects on active packaging functionality sliced-beef sausage quality. Consequently, CG-KPE demonstrated a superior antimicrobial effect Gram-positive ( Staphylococcus aureus Bacillus cereus ) Gram-negative Escherichia coli bacteria antioxidant efficacy compared films. Abstract The discharge of industrial effluent has a harmful effect on the aquatic ecosystems and surrounding environment. unprocessed organic dyes into environment is significant contributor to pollution. Hence, it imperative ensure proper disposal colorants their derivatives before wastewater. present study aimed synthesis silver (Ag) nanocomposite using gum arabic (GA) chitosan (CS) by an environment‐friendly sustainable method. formulated Ag was characterized UV–visible, FTIR, TEM coupled with EDS. FTIR analysis demonstrated existence polymers that have crucial role in formation nano‐Ag‐composite. revealed synthesized had spherical nanostructure, diameters ranging from 18 95 nm. Further studies were conducted analyze breakdown Methylene Blue (MB) under visible light irradiation. removal efficiency 93.3% for MB after 60 min. Furthermore, reusability studied, substantial photocatalytic activity three consecutive cycles. In addition, (100 μg/mL) potential inhibition against Escherichia coli (20 mm) Staphylococcus aureus (18 mm). Finally, our findings showed can be employed as outstanding photocatalyst also bactericidal agent both clinical sectors.
