Abstract
Hydrogel
dressings
play
an
important
role
in
the
treatment
of
bacterial
infection.
In
this
study,
carboxymethyl
chitosan
(CM‐CS)
was
cross‐linked
with
aldehyde
polyglycol
(DF‐PEG),
and
then
polydopamine
(pDA)
5,10,15,
20‐tetrakis
(4‐aminophenyl)
porphyrin
(TAPP)
were
grafted
to
prepare
a
CM‐CS/DF‐PEG/pDA/TAPP
hydrogel
(CDPT).
The
results
showed
that
CDPT
had
good
adhesion,
injectability,
self‐healing,
degradability,
biocompatibility.
Under
near‐infrared
irradiation,
has
excellent
photothermal
photodynamic
effects
can
effectively
inhibit
activity
Staphylococcus
aureus
(S.
aureus)

Escherichia
