This
study
investigates
the
microbial
community
and
organic
compound
composition
of
common
buckwheat
fermented
with
a
traditional
Kombucha
consortium.
Twenty-five
fungal
species,
nine
bacterial
five
acids,
six
phenolic
compounds
were
identified
in
Common
Buckwheat
(CBK).
The
fermentation
process
enriched
CBK
bioactive
that
enhanced
its
functional
properties,
including
antioxidant
activity
antibacterial
efficacy,
inhibiting
pathogenic
bacteria
by
over
81.1
%.
Further
research
is
encouraged
to
explore
similar
applications
other
cereal
crops.

With
rapid
technological
advancements,
electromagnetic
radiation
is
becoming
one
of
new
forms
pollution,
which
not
only
affects
the
use
precision
instruments,
but
also
threatens
safety
human
life.
Electromagnetic
wave
(EMW)
absorbing
material
can
effectively
attenuate
EMW,
among
carbon
fiber
doped
magnetic
particles
possess
low
density,
multiple
attenuation,
and
magnetic-dielectric
synergy,
attracting
more
attention.
Carbon-based
fibers
achieve
combination
loss
dielectric
loss,
improve
impedance
match,
resulting
in
excellent
reflection
(RL)
effective
absorption
bandwidth
(EAB).
Herein,
recent
researches
on
carbon-based
are
reviewed,
focusing
preparation
methods
structural
difference.
It
specifically
introduces
their
performance
advantages,
providing
a
brief
analysis
structure-property
relationship.
Finally,
extensive
application
potential
emphasize,
highlighting
challenges
opportunities
field
EMW
absorption.

Based
on
the
basic
idea
of
expanding
interlayer

MXene,

nanofibers

Abstract
Non-alcoholic
fatty
liver
disease
is
a
prevalent
chronic
metabolic
condition,
for
which
no
approved
medications
are
available.
As
condiment
and
traditional
Chinese
medicine,
ginger
can
be
useful
in
reducing
the
symptoms
of
non-alcoholic
disease.
Although
its
active
ingredients
mechanisms
action
unknown,
there
lack
research
on
them.
The
purpose
this
study
to
prepare
magnetite
(Fe
3
O
4
)@Stearoyl-CoA
desaturase
1
(SCD1)
materials
analyze
them
using
ultra-high
performance
liquid-chromatography-mass
spectrometry
(UPLC-MS)
rapid
screening
potential
inhibitors
SCD1
ginger.
Based
analysis,
it
has
been
shown
that
primary
components
bind
directly
gingerols,
with
10-gingerol
having
greater
affinity
binding
than
8-gingerol
6-gingerol.
Moreover,
further
studies
indicated
free
acids
(FFA)-induced
lipid
accumulation
improved
by
class
compounds
normal
human
hepatocytes
(THLE-3),
being
most
effective
compound.
This
provides
new
insight
into
mechanism,
contributes
improvement
(NAFLD)
provide
support
use
treatment
NAFLD.
