ABSTRACT Carrageenan (CGN) is a high molecular weight polysaccharide that extracted from red seaweeds. It made up of D‐galactose residues connected by β‐1,4 and α‐1,3 galactose‐galactose bonds. As result its ability to thicken, emulsify, stabilize food, it frequently used as food additive in processed food. Its consumption has surged recent years due the Western diet's (WD) spread. change thickness mucus barrier, composition gut microbiota, innate immune pathway causes inflammation. ABSTRACT Developing starch‐based food products poses challenges in achieving an optimal nutritional profile and functional qualities. Adding seaweed is essential to potentially enhance these products' attributes. This study addresses the development of analytical tool based on Kano‐quality function deployment (QFD) model guide product design teams demonstrates this designing new enhanced with seaweeds. The illustrated two (i.e., fish crackers fresh noodles) evaluations populated by 14 experts while comparing effects adding fulfilling consumer requirements. In case 1 (), 13 requirements for seafood were considered, texture crispness flavor (0.1038) receiving largest aggregate weights. Recently, chitosan derivatives, as eco-sustainable and renewable products, have been recorded to be highly effective toward cosmetics with potent biological activity. The main core of this research is develop an organic hair conditioner (OHC) based on two chitosan-thiadiazole conjugates, chitosan-(ethylthio‑thiadiazole) (CH-ETD) chitosan-(benzylthio‑thiadiazole) (CH-BTD), natural fragrances. A series nine OHC formulae were prepared (CH1-CH3 for OHC, E1-E3 CH-ETD B1-B3 CH-BTD OHC) characterized their visual examination, pH, thermal stability, dirt dispersion, moisturizing time, percentage solid content, irritation, rinsing, combing, the luster. results showed that pH values all 4.2-4.7 which considered acceptable avoid skin irritation. distinctive film surrounds each individual shaft in treated groups when compared control without application under a scanning electron microscope SEM magnification power 100 μm. To elucidate the anti-ageing mechanism of combination eight ingredients on skin from a multidimensional view skin. Steam explosion (SE) technology enhances the extraction efficiency of bioactive compounds and their physicochemical properties. This study compared structural characteristics κ-carrageenan extracted by SE-assisted alkali treatment conventional from Eucheuma, as well quality attributes resulting jellies. The results indicate that SE did not alter species carrageenan, but it significantly elevated content characteristic carrageenan groups, with sulfate group 3,6-anhydrogalactose (3,6-AG) increasing 15.86% 45.08%, respectively. jellies prepared following demonstrated a more stable gel network structure, an 80.9% increase in strength at 1.5% concentration; water precipitation rate these was minimized to 7.96 ± 0.69% when added 1.7% concentration. These suggest provides useful information for application jelly.
