Polygonatum Mill. (Asparagaceae) is an edible crop with great potential for development in China. This study focused on the analysis of protein components from kingianum Coll. et Hemsl (DHJ), P. cyrtonema Hua (DHHJ), and sibiricum Red (HJ).
