Background: Periodontitis is a severe gum infection that damages the soft tissue and, if untreated, can destroy bone supports your teeth.Cissus quadrangularis, medicinal plant known for its healing properties, has been used in traditional medicine centuries. Antibiotic-laden membranes have gained significant attention due to their ability prevent infections, which are major challenge orthopedic surgeries and grafting procedures. The main aim of study fabricate characterize triple antibiotic Cissus quadrangularis conjugated lyophilized membrane periodontal regeneration. Conclusion: present results higher strength, good property enhanced wettability prepared novel when group.
