Abstract
The
relationship
between
the
geological
environment
and
human
health
is
still
not
better
understood.
This
study
aims
to
evaluate
degree
of
influence
on
suitability
living
environment.
We
established
a
new
evaluation
framework

Urban
flooding
has
emerged
as
a
significant
urban
issue
in
cities
worldwide,

China

Historical

(UGC)
events.
At
present,
application
large
language
models
(LLMs)
offers
unprecedented
opportunities
to
effectively
extract
UGC
events
and
their
spatiotemporal
information
from
vast
amount
data.
Therefore,
this
study
proposes
an
LLM-based
inventory
construction
framework
consisting
three
steps:
crawling,
event
recognition,
attribute
extraction.

Zhejiang

27
cases

prefecture-level
cities.

achieved
recall
rate
over
60%
precision

35%,

automatically
