Recent
rescue
cases
have
shown
that

bases

optimized.

this
problem,

adopts
hierarchical
reserve
mode
for
first
time,
combining
mode,
multi-level
base
selection
model,
fuzzy
analytic
hierarchy
process
(FAHP)
method
determine
optimal
location
mine
in
Liaoning
Province.
Determine
level
through
evaluation
clustering
analysis
various
materials.
Improve
traditional
gravity
model
construct
a
multi-objective
planning
site
selection.
Apply
real
regional
data
use
genetic
algorithm
(GA)

model.

selected
using
FAHP,
