Abstract This article offers the first investigation into thermoelectric vibration of microscale Euler‐Bernoulli beams resting on an elastic Winkler base. We developed system equations for thermoelastic microbeams using basis theory and generalized Moore–Gibson–Thompson (MGT) thermal transport framework with a single‐phase delay. At front microbeam, graphene strip connected to electrical power source was employed generate heat. In addition, influence ultra‐short‐pulsed laser microbeam is studied, taking account its heating effect. The variables were analyzed after solving mathematical by applying Laplace transform technique. Graphs showing how different inputs affect mechanical fields, such as substrate stiffness, voltage, resistance, temperature modulus pulses, are also presented. An increase in shear foundation found decrease amount deflection axial deformation microbeams. increased beam stiffness has resulted this decrease.
