Abstract: e-Governance 4.0 represents a paradigm shift in public administration, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to create seamless, efficient, sustainable governance framework. The Maha Kumbh Mela, one world's largest religious congregations, presents unique challenges crowd management, security, resource allocation, environmental sustainability. This study explores role AI IoT transforming through real-time data analytics, automated decision-making, predictive management. AI-driven surveillance, IoT-enabled smart infrastructure, blockchain-based digital services ensure enhanced optimised traffic control, effective waste Additionally, AI-powered chatbots platforms improve pilgrim engagement, while solutions contribute conservation. By integrating these advanced technologies, fosters resilient, adaptive, citizen-centric approach managing large-scale events. paper highlights key technological innovations policy recommendations for implementing AI- IoT-driven models future mega-events. Leveraging (AI), IoT, blockchain, cloud computing, organizers may develop an integrated system designed enhance safety, streamline logistics, overall experience. outlines methods lessons learned, propose conceptual framework mass gatherings.

Various associated with seropositivity, including sociodemography, against endemic human coronavirus, vaccination status, were also assessed. For all 2433 consenting participants, overall estimated seroprevalences 28.5% (95% CI 22.3-33.7%) 71.5% 62.8-80.5%), respectively. accrual positivity heterogeneous, highest found urban slum populations (75.1%). Vaccine uptake varied subpopulations, low rates (< 10%) rural residents. majority seropositive individuals (75%) asymptomatic. Residence slums (OR 2.02, 95% 1.57-2.6; p < 0.001), middle socioeconomic status 1.77, 1.17-2.67; = 0.007), presence diabetes 1.721, 1.148-2.581; 0.009), hypertension 1.75, 1.16-2.64; 0.008) seropositivity multivariable analyses.Although considerable immunity has been reached, more than two-thirds seropositive, improved strategies unreached high-risk are suggested better preparedness future.

Methods: This cross-sectional was designed Torbat Heydariyeh, northeastern Iran, from February 19 May 13, 2020. A total 223 848 selected 25 points city, using a multistage sampling method 10 stages. Descriptive statistics presented with frequencies percentages. Chi-square test Fisher exact association between two categorical variables. Results: percent mask usage 78.68%. Women considerably higher than men (88.32% vs. 69.02%, P<0.001). Among male female who mask, 6.27% 2.04% wore incorrectly, respectively. Surgical (73.7%) common worn by pedestrians.
