This study explores the transformative role of technology in tourism industry post-Covid-19, focusing on opportunities and challenges. Using a qualitative research approach, in-depth interviews with 22 professionals reveal significant shifts towards digital solutions. The findings highlight acceleration transformation, enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, competitive advantage. Technologies such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence, data analytics have become essential, offering immersive experiences personalized services. However, challenges high implementation costs, skills gaps, privacy concerns persist. underscores critical ensuring resilience sustainability sector rapidly evolving environment.

However, current literature does not provide ample evidence on how digital orientation influences service innovation in the hotel industry. Purpose This study analyzes technostress in African entrepreneurship. It advances contextualized theoretical explanations of depicting its impact on entrepreneurs who excessively consume digital technology Africa. The incorporation of digital technologies in hotels worldwide is moving forward at the same pace as recovery tourism sector itself following COVID-19 pandemic. Researchers have looked this topic from perspective suppliers and consumers, but little research has been carried out on hotels' internal digitalisation processes understanding their technological priorities to become more competitive.
