Abstract With the booming development of global tourism, hotel industry, as an important part it, is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This paper aims to discuss role information technology in construction management innovation promoting industry its implementation strategy. This study aims to examine the influence of social customer relationship management (CRM) on quality (RQ); role strategic information exchange capabilities (SIECs) as a mediator between dimensions CRM and RQ was also investigated. A self-structured questionnaire survey conducted subordinates working at various family-style restaurants in Egypt. Following simple random sampling procedure, 466 valid responses were used for data analysis. The findings reveal that three CRM, namely service (CSQ), integrated marketing channels (IMCs), online communities (OCs), have statistically significant effects RQ.
