Abstract
With
the
booming
development
of
global
tourism,
hotel
industry,
as
an
important
part
it,

facing
unprecedented
opportunities
and
challenges.
This
paper
aims
to

technology

innovation

This
study

the
influence
of
social
customer
relationship
management
(CRM)
on
quality
(RQ);

exchange
