This paper presents a comparative analysis of the clients’ perception on service robots’ usage in Kazakhstan, and Russia. Abstract The use of technology in tourism is increasing day by day. Service robots are now on the agenda. success developments that envisage a new experience for consumer tourists depends accurate prediction tourists' possible attitudes and behaviors influencing antecedents. This study examined usage intentions towards service multidimensional basis anthropomorphism technological readiness (TR). A survey was conducted with 1018 Türkiye face‐to‐face using QR codes. Findings showed attitude (AR) mediated relationship between anthropomorphism, intention to (IS). Participating anthropomorphically focused physical appearance rather than their functions internal structures. robot still limited industry. Purpose Edible food packaging provides a solution to the solid waste problem caused by traditional packaging. However, tourists’ readiness adopt this novel technology is unclear. Design/methodology/approach An online survey was conducted examine how motivated consumer innovativeness (CI), environmental awareness, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms and attitudes influence tourists' purchase behaviors in context of edible tourism industry. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.2.8. Findings results analysis indicate that each sub-factor positively influences attitudes. Additionally, attitudes, norms, control personal found significantly impact intentions. Environmental awareness moderate relationships between (1) intention, (2) intention (3) attitude intention. These findings expand applicability diffusion innovation, planned behavior theories, offering useful insights for foodservice professionals. Purpose This research aims to examine the influence of green technology on guest safety in star-rated hotels.
