Hydrogen is considered as an attractive alternative to fossil fuels in the transportation sector. However, penetration of Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV) hindered by lack hydrogen refueling station infrastructures. In this study, feasibility a hybrid PV/wind system for investigated. Refueling events data collected different locations including industrial, residential, highway, and tourist areas. Station Occupancy Fractions (SOF) Social-to-Solar Fraction (STSF) indicators are developed assess level synchronization between demand solar potential. Then, validated computer code used optimize renewable components off/on-grid cases based on minimizing Net Present Cost (NPC) Loss Supply Probability (LHSP). For off grid cases, results show that STSF attains maximum value industrial area where 0.62 fraction occur during sunshine hours minimum NPC achieved. It observed when lower values 0.52, 0.41 0.38 areas, increases 8, 16 31%, respectively. This associated with coordination The same conclusion can be stated on-grid cases. Therefore, green production via energy utilization, it recommended tariff should applied encourage vehicles availability radiation while reducing environmental impact, storage requirements, eventually cost production.
