Hydrogen is an efficient green energy source. Herein, we report nickel vanadium phosphide/phosphate–Vulcan carbon (NiVP/Pi–VC) as effective bifunctional electrocatalyst for HER coupled with glucose oxidation, which shows lower cell voltage compared to water electrolysis.

We report a Ni1Ru1/C catalyst with downshifted d-band center due to the presence of RuO 2 /NiRu heterogeneous interface, which appropriately weakens too-strong adsorption H* and thus improved HER performance.

Abstract As a porous and network materials consisting of metals organic ligands, metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) have become one excellent crystalline play an important role in the era about science. Plasma, as useful tool for stimulating efficient reactions under many conditions, plasma‐assisted technology gets more attractions endows MOFs properties. Based on its feature, research modifications functionalities been developing certain extent. This review contains description methods modification synthesis MOFs, with specifically focusing potential MOFs. The different applications were also presented.
