ABSTRACT Amid growing environmental concerns and the need for a sustainable future, green synthetic methodologies are gaining popularity their simplicity nontoxicity. In pursuit of eco‐friendly synthesis nanomaterials, study reports an innovative Ag‐CuO nanocomposites via coprecipitation method utilizing Citrus limetta fruit juice extract as bioreductant stabilizing agent. The morphological structural characteristics fabricated were evaluated by ultraviolet–visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV–vis DRS), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy‐dispersive X‐ray (EDX), transmission (TEM), diffraction (XRD), Raman Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) analyses. crystalline with particle sizes ranging from 15 to 24 nm exhibited spherical rod‐like shapes. band gap value specific surface area found be 1.5 eV 25.50 m 2 /g, respectively. photoluminescence (PL) analysis electrochemical studies revealed significant charge separation effective migration behaviour nanocomposites, effectively catalysed Schiff bases aryl aldehydes aromatic amines at room temperature without solvents. reactions proceeded in brief time excellent product yields, nanocatalyst retained its activity five consecutive cycles. also efficiently photodegradation Congo red dye under visible light. A degradation 94.33% was attained 55 min, maintained efficacy over four reaction Moreover, notable anticancer properties against MCF‐7 (human breast) cell line, demonstrating remarkable cytotoxicity rate 87.79%. findings highlight biosynthesized catalysis, remediation biological applications.

Abstract This study introduces a novel microwave‐assisted combustion method for synthesizing AlFeO 3 perovskite, promising catalyst environmental remediation. Investigating novel compounds has become necessary due to the need for sophisticated materials in optoelectronic devices and spintronics. Because of their unique properties, magnesium-based spinels MgSm2X4 (X = S Se) are very promising these applications. We used spin-polarized PBEsol structural properties functional mechanical behavior, both using WIEN2k code. Both compounds' stability magnetic non-magnetic phases was validated by Birch-Murnaghan equation state, cubic phase verified Born criterion. Their ductile character shown computation Pugh's ratio Poisson ratio. MgSm2S4 MgSm2Se4 display metallic behavior spin-up channel semiconducting spin-down channel, indicating a half-metallic nature, according TB-mBJ potential calculations. With total moments 20 μB, showed ferromagnetic properties. Samarium ions contributed 5.27 μB 5.34 MgSm2Se4. Furthermore, we computed optical parameters energy range 0 15 eV, such as absorption, extinction coefficient, reflectivity, dielectric function, refractive index.
