Environmentally friendly Pb-free piezoelectric ceramics are essential for electronic industries and devices utilizations owing to their excellent properties which enable powerful sensor, transducer actuator developments. In the present work, highly dense complex perovskite oxide with formula of (1-x)[0.94Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-0.06BaTiO3]-x(Ba0.7Sr0.3)TiO3 or (1-x)[0.94BNT–0.06BT]-xBST, where x = 0.00, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04 0.05 mol fraction were fabricated by a solid-state mixed method. After sintering at 1125°C 2 h, all characterized attention paid on phases, microstructures, dielectric, ferroelectric, strain as function BST content. The unit size expansion i.e. higher degree tetragonality was detected content increased. All compositions exhibited single phase uniform microstructures containing cubic-like grains average grain range in order ~ 0.75–1.57 µm, depending amount BST. It interestingly found that addition enhanced densification, ability, electrical BNT-BT ceramics, indicating potential candidates future actual applications.

Safety monitoring sensors in smart railways need a sustainable onboard power supply. This article proposes counter‐rotating gear energy harvester (CG‐EH) to convert the longitudinal vibration of trains into electricity for sensors.CG‐EH consists input module, motion conversion and an module. The module converts displacement coupler rotational gears. realizes reciprocating unidirectional rotation based on set, multi‐stage spur sets can effectively mitigate effects excitation CG‐EH. transforms kinetic electrical through generator. Experimental results show that outputs CG‐EH are improved with compared usual harvester. From result, peak output is 14.59 W, efficiency reaches 39.2%, enough relevant sensors. Moreover, monitor running status deep learning. experiment application prospects, favorable solution supply problems railways.
