Developing highly active and durable platinum-based catalysts is crucial for electrochemical renewable energy conversion technologies but the limited supply high cost of platinum have hindered their widespread implementation. The incorporation non-noble metals, particularly copper, into Pt has been demonstrated as an effective solution to reduce consumption while further promoting performance, making them promising various electrocatalytic reactions. This review summarizes latest advances in PtCu-based alloy over past several years from both synthetic applied perspectives. In this study, Pd@TiO 2 nanostructure is formed by using TiO fibers obtained the electrospinning method and chemical reduction method, used in C2, C3 alcohol oxidation studies as an application. addition, compared with Pd catalyst to investigate effect of . results obtained, peak current values 193 66.7 mA cm −2 for ethanol 127.38 36.18 2‐propanol are observed catalysts, respectively. With addition structure, electrocatalytic activity C2 oxidations increases 3–3.5 times contributes onset potential at earlier potential. It also shows higher durability stability long‐term tests. Moreover, structure enhances provides high density oxidation. These show that fibrous structures combination metals improve catalysts exhibit their application fuel cells.
