Herein, a facile coprecipitation route was followed to synthesize Zn-Ag co-doped barium hexaferrite (ABHF) and its nanocomposite with carbon nanotubes (CNTs) using the ultrasonication method. Various characterization techniques were used analyze structure optical properties. The bandgap energy of BHF ABHF 2.16 eV, 2.09 eV respectively. Diclofenac sodium acetaminophen study photocatalytic activity synthesized samples. It noted that bare sample showed 29.46% 44.96% degradation for diclofenac highest catalytic shown by (ABHF@CNTs) degraded 70.87% 84.34% Photodegradation (pharmaceutical drugs) increased due reduction in (Eg), surface area, prolonged e--h+ pair recombination
