A renewable energy-based system, including an energy storage subsystem, is designed within the scope of this proposed study to meet fresh water and electricity demands a community. The city Imperial in state California is, regard, considered for case study. solutions are incorporated into system enhance flexibility efficiency systems since solar wind resources fluctuate. These options help offset mismatch between demand supply provide feasible practically. current employs technologies, such as thermal (TES) hydrogen, efficiently store excess usage during peak periods. parabolic through collector (PTSC) turbine modelled using System Advisor Model (SAM). Furthermore, exergy aspects thermodynamic when performing analysis entire system. Engineering Equation Solver (EES) employed construct programming codes perform overall its components. effects varying numerous parameters on performance studied parametric investigation which carried out changes ambient temperature, source temperatures, mass flow rate results show that annual net amount generated by 74.90 GWh, meets 11.7 % residential needs City. desalination unit also able produce from seawater, meeting 4708 families. further produces total 3379.53 tons 226.98 H2 annually. As result analyses performed efficiencies found be 47.5 34.3 %, respectively.
